St. Croix Country Day School is an independent, non-profit, co-educational day school that provides educational services for students from Nursery through Grade 12. It was founded in 1964 and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Country Day has almost 500 students.

The school mission is to give students a challenging education that will encourage them to become lifelong learners and responsible and productive individuals.
Facilities
The school has a 34-acre campus with facilities that include an Olympic size swimming pool, 4 computer labs, science labs, art and music rooms, athletic fields, a library with over 25,000 titles and air-conditioned classrooms.
Curriculum
The school uses a college preparatory curriculum similar to that found in private schools in the United States. Advanced Placement courses are offered to students in the Upper School.

Country Day has a range of activities for students including sports like swimming and soccer, drama, music, yearbook, school newspaper and more.
Technology
The school has a state-of-the-art computer system. All classrooms have internet access, as well as Smart Boards or large screen monitors. In addition to the four traditional computer labs, the school has a mobile laptop lab and wireless access in the upper grade classrooms. Teacher undergo faculty training so that they can make the best use of the technology in the classroom. Country Day uses both Macs and PCs. Computer classes are taught as part of the regular curriculum.
